Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [5] business days of order confirmation and payment clearance.
Carrier: We use trusted third-party shipping partners (e.g., FedEx, Blue Dart, local freight services).
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or via invoice, but are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
Incoterms: All international shipments are governed by specified Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF). This determines when the risk and cost of the goods transfer from SoftDelight to the client. You must clearly state which Incoterm applies to your standard international orders.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CDT):
The recipient (Buyer) is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
SoftDelight is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the buyer’s failure to clear customs.
Documentation: SoftDelight will provide necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin as required for export clearance from India.
